Ileana Griffiths, Vice President & Health Fitness Advisor Ileana Griffiths is a human resources professional with over 16 years of experience in compensation, benefits, recruiting and training. After completing her Masters in Management from Johns Hopkins University, she worked for a petrochemical and pharmaceutical corporation. She currently is employed with Horizon Blue Cross, where she serves a diverse constituency of clients in the health field as a project manager. Ms. Griffiths is also a certified fitness and yoga instructor and is the president of her own wellness company called Your Being. She was featured in the October 2003 Heart & Soul in the areas of health and fitness.
Mary Ann Jackson, Treasurer Mary Ann Jackson is employed as a Senior Financial Analyst with Prudential Financial, an insurance company in Livingston, NJ. She received a BS in Marketing from Bentley College in Waltham, MA and a MBA from The University of Phoenix. In addition, she holds Health and Life Insurance Producers licenses in New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Virginia, Georgia, Maryland and Washington, DC.
Charmaine Sibanda, Secretary Charmaine Sibanda is a Manager in Systems and Technology Services with CIT, a financial services company in Livingston, NJ. She brings over 15 years of experience with Systems and Technology. Ms. Sibanda received a B.A. in Computer Science from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC and a Masters in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ.
Elisa M. T. Basnight, Esq., Founder & President Elisa M. T. Basnight is an attorney whose practice focuses on corporate and government matters. She previously has worked as a human resources consultant and served in the U.S. Army as an intelligence officer, to include a Joint Chiefs of Staff appointment. Additionally, she is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Outside of the private sector, Ms. Basnight is an avid public servant. She brings over 15 years of experience mentoring girls in middle and high school and is involved in various community and professional activities. Her accomplishments have been recognized by various organizations and publications. She has also been honored by The Network Journal as one of the 40 Under Forty Professional Achievers and by the New Jersey State Bar Association for her service to the Community. Ms. Basnight is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy–West Point and Rutgers Law School–Newark. Ms. Basnight was selected to attend Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government as a Zuckerman Fellow 2006-2007.
