Sophia Layne, President/CEO and founder of Quality Works Consulting, LLC, a Maryland-based consulting firm committed to providing quality management, information security, and program management services to government contractors and commercial organizations.

Ms. Layne currently holds a board position with Antioch Community Development Corporation, a Maryland-based non-profit focused on serving the local community by engaging in a broad range of strategies that promote health, education, and development; to offer workforce housing programs; to facilitate rehabilitation through various forms of support; to provide charitable and humanitarian services.

Ms. Layne holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting, and a BS in Economics from High Point University. Ms. Layne also holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) / Quality Management from Appalachian State University. Ms. Layne is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), certified SCRUM Master, certified Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Practitioner, certified Cybersecurity Maturity Model (CMMC) Practitioner, and an ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security/Cybersecurity Lead Auditor.
